Wolverines and Huskies tie in spring break match

Weiser High School’s Wolverine tennis team went 6-6 in their second meeting with the Emmett Huskies during a spring break match on Thursday, March 27.

 Singles competitions held three players for Weiser and Emmett in both boys and girls divisions, and the doubles divisions each held two full teams for both schools.

 Boys’ singles: Alejandro Travanco, Weiser defeated Alexander Huber, Emmett, 6-0, 6-2; Ryker Enders, Weiser defeated Brayden Stevens, Emmett, 4-6, 6-2, 6-1; Luke Cazier, Weiser defeated Max Neyman, Emmett, 7-5, 6-7 (2), 13-11.
