This track season has a new coach, new track, and the javelin throw

Weiser’s track program has a new coach at the helm. Tristan Kautz is co-head coach with Jeff Church. Although Church is not new to the program, Kautz is, at least at the position. 

 Kautz is a WHS graduate of 2021. He ran track for the Wolverines and then ran his final year of college at TVCC. He competed in the open 400 and long jump and was a member of the 4x400 meter relay. The last two events he competed in at the NWAC Championships.
