Upper Country Singers to perform on Dec. 7

 The Upper Country Singers will perform on Sunday, Dec. 7 at 3 p.m. in the Washington County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall. After the concert at 7 p.m. the town’s Water Tower Lighting will take place.
