Fit and Fall Proof classes

 Fit and Fall Proof classes have resumed and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at the Weiser Vendome Events Center. The classes feature mobility, stability, flexibility, and balance exercises geared for/not limited to adults 50 plus. Classes are free and equipment is provided.
