Signs of spring are everywhere

The grass is greener on this side of the fence for a couple of young mule deer who were spotted near the Weiser city limits on the north end of town. They didn’t stick around long and quickly bounded off into the brush along U.S. Highway 95. While there is still lots of snow in the mountains, the lower elevations around Weiser are greening up.
