Raymond Paul (Randy) Tobkin

 Raymond Paul Tobkin (Randy) was born in Portland, Ore. on Dec. 19, 1954 to Bernard R. and Helen Ann Tobkin.  

 Randy passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026, in Nampa, Idaho.

 He is survived by one brother, Robert and three sisters, Demarus Butenschoen of Bellingham, Wash.: Roxanne Johannson of Ottawa, Ontario:   Jewel Hysmith of Nampa, Idaho. 

 He was preceded in death by Donna Bohle formally of Bellingham, Wash.

 He loved the outdoors…spending time with his yellow Lab Cutter. Golf was a major passion of his…he could “drive” his golf cart to Rolling Hills Golf Course several times each week and get his daily exercise in. Hunting was also an important part of his life with his friends…many of whom go back to his grade school time at Carl Cozier!  

 Randy worked as a pipefitter for many years throughout the United States and was known for his humor and dedication.

 A Memorial Service will be held at Rolling Hills Golf Course on June 18 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  Please join us to Celebrate Randy.
