Howard Keithley Jr.

Howard Keithley Jr., 98, of Midvale, Idaho passed away May 23, 2026 in Annex. A graveside service will be held  Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Keithley Creek Cemetery in Midvale. 

 In lieu of flowers the family has asked if donations would be made to the Midvale Fire Department. Arrangements are under the direction of Thomason Funeral Home.
