Free sports physicals

Free sports physicals will be given at the Weiser High School auxiliary gym, 690 W. Indianhead Road on Monday, July 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Students must have paperwork signed by a parent or guardian and forms are available at the Weiser School District office, Weiser Memorial Hospital admissions, Family Medical Center and Two Rivers Medical Clinic.
