Do Americans face an enemy from within?

 We The People (WTP) occasionally sing our National Anthem. But do we ever take the time to understand the verse that Francis Scott Key wrote in that precious poem, the Defense of Fort M’Henry in 1814? In the first verse he posed two questions, “O say, can you see,” and “O say, Does that Star Spangled Banner yet wave.”

 Just what was the poet thinking? It was 38 years since the Declaration of Independence was proclaimed and 25 since the inauguration of the new republic under a new-to-the World Constitution. Think about Mr. Lincoln’s proclamation, “a government of the people and a government for the people and a government by the people.”

 “What so proudly we haled” was certainly more than a rag adorned with 13 broad Stripes and 13 bright Stars; Yes, it was a new republic fighting again to uphold the Declaration of Independence and our new Constitution, all the while wondering, “Will that star spangled banner yet wave hundreds of years from now o’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?”

 WTP have successfully defended against foreign invasion, but now, in 2023, we face a mortal enemy from within our own government. The nucleus of our enemy is housed within our capitol building among our elected Congress of both sexes and are staunchly augmented by some members of WTP! And then there is the news media.

 The mortal enemy of our Republic is the administrative state, aka “The Swamp,” which was created by simple statute not by a constitutional amendment and therefore is actually null and void. The supreme law Congress transgressed is written in Amendment 10, article I, section 1, “all Legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress…”

 To force Congress to dismantle the “admin-state” follows the instructions written in Article I, section 2 and section 3, clause 2. In other words “never vote for an incumbent legislator.”
