The admin state

Dear Editor,
Do Americans face an enemy from within? Great question; and especially apropos in the case of our beleaguered Ship of State where our own Congress, at both State and Federal levels, are attempting to destroy our beloved Constitution via the bureaucratic Administrative State.
In my insignificant voice, I answer the question with a resounding “Yes” indeed! To accentuate that answer, I refer you to another article in that Weiser Signal American dated July 12th entitled BLM rule 88 FR 19583. The BLM rule continues on pages 6 and 8 in the WSA and accurately describes the Republic assassination attempt by the army of agency Bureaucrats, apparently with both State and Federal Congressional sanctions.
Here we have an Idaho State Legislator explaining the operation of the AdminState but not even scolding the BLM agency for transgressing the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the USA. The State Legislator does declare “the Constitution does not allow the agency to write law … but they are doing it.”
The Federal Legislators instigated the extra Constitutional Admin State, aka the Deep State, when they created the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) in 1946.
This Act was created and morphed into power via simple majority rule statutes, therefore it may be repealed by the same procedure and the same officials. The problem with that procedure is it will never get done for the Legislators, with all that longevity (the Establishment), will suppress that effort to their utmost ability.
So, We The People (WTP) are left holding the bag, so to speak. WTP, that is you and me, the citizens of the several States, are Constitutionally authorized to limit all members of the House of Representatives and 1/3 of the Senate to one single term every second year. In just six years WTP can be rid of the establishment and hopefully the Admin State. If not, simply continue the one term limit until the citizens of the USA realize that WTP are actually the Sovereign administrators of these United States of America.
